वोकल फॉर लोकल
जैसा कि आप सब जानते हैं कि हमारा देश भारत इस समय बहुत भयावह बीमारी से जूझ रहा है जो कि अब एक महामारी बन चुकी है। इस महामारी का नाम है कोरोना वायरस। इस महामारी का संक्रमण इतना तेज और भयावह है कि मात्र चंद महीनों में ही इसने पूरे विश्व को अपनी चपेट में ले लिया है। आज आलम यह है कि कितने ही बड़े बड़े देशों ने इसके सामने घुटने टेक दिए हैं। इस खतरनाक महामारी ने कुछ ही महीनों में पूरे विश्व में अब तक लगभग ३ से ४ लाख लोगों को अपनी चपेट में लेकर मौत के घाट उतार दिया है, और न जाने ही कितने ही व्यक्ति अभी संक्रमित हैं और अस्पताल में जीवन मृत्यु से लड़ाई लड़ रहे हैं।

यह बिमारी कोई जात-पात, अमीरी-गरीबी नहीं देखती, यह कभी भी कहीं भी किसी को भी हो सकती है। इससे बचाओ का सिर्फ एक ही तरीका है और वो है 'सोशल डिस्टैन्सिंग' या 'शारीरिक दूरी'। बस एकमात्र यही एक तरीका है जिससे हम सभी कोरोना वायरस से खुद को और दूसरों को बचा सकते हैं। और इसीलिए सभी देशों ने अपने यहाँ लॉकडाउन लगा दिया जिसकी वजह से सारी जनता को विभिन्न प्रकार की समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ा।

पूरे विश्व में लॉक डाउन की वजह से कई बड़े बड़े देशों की अर्थव्यवस्था बिगड़ गयी है। भारत एक ऐसा देश है जो लगातार इस महामारी को कड़ी टक्कर दे रहा है। भारत के सभी कोरोना वारियर्स यानि डकटर्स, पुलिस, कचरा साफ़ करने वाले स्टाफ, ड्राइवर्स इत्यादि ने मिलकर इस कोरोना वायरस से आगे बढ़ कर मोर्चा ले रखा है। और न जाने कितने ही कर्मचारियों ने कोरोना वायरस से इस लड़ाई में पीड़ितों की सेवा करते करते अपनी जान गवां दी। हमारे देश भारत के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी एक बहुत ही गंभीर और जांबाज़ व्यक्तित्व वाले प्रधानमंत्री हैं। आज दुनिया भर के सारे देश हमारे भारत देश की प्रशंसा कर रहे हैं और ये सब मुमकिन हुआ है हमारे प्रधानमंत्री नीतियों की वजह से। विश्व स्वास्थ संगठन ने भी भारत देश की बहुत प्रशंसा की है उसने भारत को एक आदर्श देश बताया है।
जैसा कि आप सभी जानते हैं कि, इस लॉकडाउन की वजह से न तो भारत से बाहर कोई सामान जा पा रहा है और न ही कोई सामान भारत में आ पा रहा है तो, अर्थात सभी प्रकार के आयात निर्यात बंद हैं। इसलिए इस कठिन परिस्थिति में हमें हमारे लोकल के व्यवसाइयों ने ही संभाला है फिर चाहे वो संक्रमण से बचने के लिए फेस मास्क हो, सैनिटाइज़र हो, ग्लव्स हो, डॉक्टरों के लिए PPE किट हो या वरंटीलेटर्स हों, इन सभी चीजों का उत्पादन भारत के लोकल उत्पादकों ने करके भारत में एक मिसाल बनायीं है । आज भारत पूरे विश्व में PPE किट का सबसे बड़ा उत्पादक बना है तो वह सिर्फ हमारे लोकल उत्पादकों की वजह से। इस भयानक महामारी में जब अस्पतालों में संक्रमितों की संख्या दिन पे दिन बढ़ती जा रही थी तब इन्हीं लोकल व्यवसाइयों ने भारत में चीजों की आपूर्ति को पूरा करके भारत को संभाला है। ये लोकल हमारे देश की ताकत है, जिसे हमें पहचानना होगा।
भारत के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने वोकल फॉर लोकल को सपोर्ट करते हुए कहा है कि हमें लोकल व्यवसाइयों को बढ़ावा देना चाहिए और लोकल उत्पादकों द्वारा बनायीं गयी चीजों का ज्यादा से ज्यादा इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए और प्रचार करना चाहिए, जिससे हमारे अपने लोग मजबूत बने और भारत हमारा फिर से सोने की चिड़िया कहला सके। वोकल फॉर लोकल का मतलब है कि हमें विदेशी चीजों का बहिष्कार करते हुए स्वदेशी चीजों को अपनाना चाहिए फिर चाहे वो दन्त मंजन हो या फिर कपडे हों। हमें लोकल प्रोडक्ट सप्लाई चैन को बढ़ावा देना होगा। जिससे हमारे देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को भी मजबूती मिलेगी जो कि इस कोरोना वायरस के हाहाकार की वजह से चरमरा सी गयी है। हमें लोकल प्रोडक्ट्स को बढ़ावा देना है और लोकल से ग्लोबल की और बढ़ना है। लोकल प्रोडक्ट्स को बढ़ावा देने के लिए और उन्हें ग्लोबल तक पहुंचाने के लिए हमारे प्रधानमंत्री जी ने २० लाख करोड़ रूपये के पैकेज की घोषणा की है। इस पैकेज से हमारे छोटे छोटे व्यापारी मजबूत होंगे और उनके सामानों का उपयोग करके हम भारत को अंदर से मजबूत कर पाएंगे। ताकि भविष्य में यदि इस तरह की कोई मुसीबत कभी भी हमारे देश में आये तो भारत एक पर्वत की तरह सारे देश वासियों के साथ खड़ा रहे।
तो यह है वोकल फॉर लोकल । हम सभी देश वासियों को प्रण लेना होगा की हम सभी लोकल प्रोडक्ट्स को बढ़ावा देंगे और इस लोकल को ग्लोबल तक ले चलेंग, ताकि हम और हमारा देश भारत दोनों ही फिर से मजबूत हो सके और एक बार फिर से भारत एक सोने की चिड़िया कहलाये।

As you all know our country India is currently struggling with a terrible disease that has become an epidemic. This disease is called as Corona Virus. The infection of this epidemic is so fast & frightening that it has engulfed the whole world in just few months. The situation is so terrific that many of the big & named countries have succumbed in front of it. This dangerous pandemic has killed around 3-4 lakh people in all over the world so far in few months and don't know how many infected people are fighting for their life in the hospital.

This disease doesn't see any caste, wealth or poverty of anyone, it can happen to anyone, anytime, anywhere. There is just only one way to protect yourself from corona virus & that is Social Distancing or Physical Distancing. This is the only way we can protect ourselves & others from this pandemic that's why all the countries put a lockdown on themselves due to which all the citizens faced various types of problems.

The economy of many of the big & named countries has deteriorated due to the lockdown in the whole world. India is the country which is continuously giving the tough competition to this pandemic. All the corona warriors i.e. doctors, police, house keeping staffs, drivers etc. of India are facing this epidemic from front & are continuously fighting with it. And not knowing how many corona warriors lost their lives while serving the victims in this fight with corona virus. The prime minister of India i.e. Mr. Narendra Modi is quite a serious & brave personality. Today all the countries around the world are praising India & all this is possible due to our prime minister's policies. Even the World Health Organisation(WHO) also praised India & described India as an ideal country.
As you all know because of this lockdown all the types of import-export are closed now-a-days in India. So, in this typical situation we all have been handled by our local businessmen even if it has been the production face mask, sanitizers, gloves or PPE kits for doctors or ventilators, the production of all these things in India by local market has set an example in India. Today India has become the largest producer of PPE kits in the whole world, so only because of our local producers. In this epidemic when the number of infected were increasing day by day in the hospitals, these same local market had supported India by completing the supply of all the things in India. This local is the strength of our country & which we'll have to recognize.
The prime minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi has supported the Vocal for Local & said that we all should encourage local market & use more & more of the things of local producers and along with this we should also advertise the local products. So that our people can become stronger & India can again be called as the Golden Bird. Vocal for Local means that we should adopt indigenous products & should boycott the foreign products whether it is a toothpaste or clothes. We have to promote the local supply chain due to which the economy of our India will also get strengthened which has become dented due to the outcry of this corona virus. We have to promote the local & move from local to global. To promote this local market & to make them global our P.M. has announced a package of Rs.20 lakh crores. This package will strengthen our small traders & by using their goods we will be able to strengthen India from within. So that, in the future if any such kind of trouble ever comes in our country, the INDIA will stand like a mountain with all the citizens.
